Stewart Lender Services...

I saw a post about this company a few days ago.

Got a call from them to schedule an appointment today. Checked our file...hmmm.

In checking my accounts I discovered I have some invoices that have not been paid for a WHILE. (Our accountant has had the books, so I was not able to run past due notices last month) I had sent them one the past 2 months.

I called Synthia at Stewart. She said, she doesn't know why we have not been paid, and she "will see if I can't get your money, honey". She couldn't promise payment, only could say she would look into it.

HONEY??? I'm long past honey, and at this point she's in no position to be laying on the sugar.

I will not be working for this company ANYMORE, and would recommend you don't unless you want to "see if [she] can't get your money, honey" too!

The one I did was a Countrywide modification in December. I am going to let Stewart Lender Services know that since I do a lot of work for Countrywide I am going to contact them and inform them of this. As a title company I would think they don't want a big client like Countrywide knowing they are deadbeats. I think we should contact their office in Texas (E Title) since Synthia told me she has to check with that office to find out why we have not been paid.

Synthia has been nothing but nice, courteous and helpful to me. From time to time I also happen to have a couple of invoices that are way overdue. It is true that it might take her a few days to figure out why we did not get paid, but she never forgets and she has always taken good care of me.
