Swiftview...Possible issue

I've read of late that some have lost signings due to inability to view/print from Swiftview. I recently experienced the same. It is possible due to software licensing issued by Swiftview. Though there is a generic viewer, but things may have changed where each company document bin is specifically coded. Otherwise, I couldn't figure why Swiftview would charge $295 for a single license to view.

Most common problem is getting a blank screen after you logged in. If that's the case then just click on the "help" link up in the top right corner to download and install the (updated) viewer from there.

One solution to the problem (that has worked for me at least) is to install the free evaluation version. It is only valid for 30 days, but hopefully it won't take that long to print out the set of documents. Smile

So far I have had to reinstall it a few times, but there has never been a problem with the reinstallation.

Go to the SwiftView site, click on Download, and click on "I want to try Swiftview Viewer ..." If you have an urgent need to print out the documents, it will get you through the job, and the title company will thank you for your "due diligence" (whatever they meant by that).

Good luck.

Re: Swiftview...here's a TIP

Save the file to your desktop. Then right click on the file and then to "open with" Windows Picture and Fax Viewer! Problem solved!
