Wedlock Agreement
I am from CA and wanted to know if notarizing an out-of-wedlock agreement intended for a person who is joining the army would be free since the notary handbook states that notarizing documents for the purpose of gaining military type benefits would be free. (Sadly i have lost my handbook and awaiting a new one, so I can't take a real look at that). Could someone please clarify? Thank you

Re: Wedlock Agreement - Find your handbook online.
But as far as the query, where is the recruiting office's notary? Surely they have one.

Re: Wedlock Agreement - Find your handbook online.
Well the recruiting office doesn't have one and they tend to use one closest to their potential enlistees. Thank for the website! I found out that the free service only applies to veterans applying for benefits not potential recruits. Thank you once again!
