Why Oh Why...
Would a title company want to pay me WAY TOO MUCH to drive WAY TOO FAR is beyond me. I thought the lady would faint when I quoted my fee for a 147 mile one-way drive, she said ok. I told her I wanted to be listed on the HUD and want something in writing that I get my fee even if the loan doesn't fund, she says ok. So now here I am, with my head spinning...
Hey... if they want to pay it.... I'm happy to help. ;-(

New Jersey must be bigger than I thought. I didn't think you could go 147 miles in one direction without ending up in another state - (or the Atlantic!)

Texas is a big state. It was once offered to me to go 200 miles for $365. The borrower was out town on vacation and thought she was doing me a favor. I got her when she was back in town for $100. I think that was a better deal for me.

would you want that much windshield time? I just don't understand it. I max my drive time to one hour one way and rarely do that.
I love being a part of the Florida NSA Network because I can guarantee excellent closers to my best customers and in return I get to stay close to home because all the members do the same.
When we work together, we all win.

300 miles round trip add edocs and signing.. Thats 8 hours of your time.. 1 signing, I gave up cross state closings 2 years ago. Not worth it when you can get more local deals.
2 sub prime TC used me all the time, when a large % of the deals went south and gas prices went up.. I stayed local.
