the run around with FIRST CHOICE SIGNING

I did a closing for First Choice Signing before Thanksgiving and one before Christmas and still have not been paid!! I called and spoke to Jarrod who promptly told me Rudy handles the money. Can we say brush off!! I am heated! Any suggestions on collecting my money??

I have not work with them in a very long time but when I did I always had to call Rudy for my money sometimes a couple of calls, then I would get payed.

At one time we did a small amount of business with First Choice, but no longer. They are crooked, no other words around it. At first they paid on a fairly timely basis, but as time went by it got worse. Then evenutally they paid, but never the agreed amount. I finally gave up on it, was still owed approx. $30. But I let both Jarrod and Rudy know that whenever I got to talk to notaries in my area or on the boards I would tell my story. Figure that the $30+ that they still owe me will cost them more than that in the long run, if for nothing else but having them to work harder to find someone to fill their assignments with.

My advise is to stay away from this company. And if you are owed money keep faxing those invoices and also email them regularly. Then spread the word to those in your community who they may call on that they hope will be their next sucker.

Well said Tina - those guys are so nice when they ask you to take a signing - their attitude changes when the work is done and you're expecting to get paid.

I done a closing for First Choice Signing in October 2006 time went by and no money I had to call and talk to Rudy he said he would check on the payment, weeks went by and no response, I kept calling and always was told by Rudy that he was still checking on it. I then wrote a collection letter and told them they had so many days to reply back to me as to where my payment was or I was going to contact the BBB and Call the Title company that the closing was through and also put bad remarks on the forums about their company. They responded and said check was mailed but was never cashed--big run around--just like how darn long does it take to tell someone that you didn't write no check--I had to send a second letter to them and then Jarrod finally gave me a check number and they did finally pay me on December 2006. When I sent my collection letters I faxed them to them.
Good Luck with getting your money, I don't work no longer for them.
