A & M Closing Service in Mission Viejo, CA

They are past 60 days, I been faxing my invoice and no answer.

Anybody else have past 60 days invoices with them?

I have worked for them before and this is the first time they are so late.

If they think that maybe because the borrower did cancel the loan I am not getting paid, they will hear from me(Again) and a few more days.

Re: Sent you mail

Thank you for your reply Jolene, Now that you mention it, you are right. Everytime I have done a signing for them I have to call and beg for payment, but this one its more than 60 days. I always check my invoices at the 30 day from signing and I do a courtesy call to the hiring entity. Hey I have bills to pay too. Many SS are going out of bussines nowdays. So keep those checks comming in 30 days or less or start collection actions.

Thank you again!

My reply stated that it took up to three months to get paid, but at least I did each time. I do feel however, that there is NO excuse for not getting paid immediately. The TC pays the SS at the time of disbursement. Any SS that is reputable should pay immediately. End of month at the latest.

I truly like them and they always paid me full fee. I just had to beg a lot for my money.

I have carried paper for them about 30 times in the last 7 years. Always, always had to invoice them at least three times to get paid. Expect to wait about 90 days because I think they pay quarterly. The last time I represented them I got a direct call from the LO that was feeding them business to do a second signing for her the same day. So I did that one direct. I was paid in less 5 days for that loan but I had to wait 4 months to collect on the other one.
Of course that was the last loan I carried for them.
