A no-strings offer

Having seen many, many Posts about NSAs not being paid for signings that had properties out of their state, I'm making an offer to anyone who is a member of Notary Rotary. If you have signed for a property located in Connecticut and need to see whether the mortgage (etc.) has been recorded, drop an email to me. If the property is local or semi-local, I'll look it up for you. If not nearby me, we can discuss the situation.

That's sweet-cool idea, too, Same offer: Baxter Co., AR

Don't laugh. This is the bee-you-ti-ful Twin Lakes area of Arkansas--Bull Shoals & Norfork Lakes--LOTS of out of state second home property owners here.

You're in my old stomping grounds! Hard to beat an area as beautiful as the twin lakes area. Plus you have the White and Buffalo rivers too. My favorite fishing hole was "white hole" down by Flippin. I lived just outside Mountain home during most of the years of my 1st marriage. And worked with Mack and Jenny Tucker there at "The Shirt Shop" there in Mtn. Home.
