I live in Orlando FL, I just had a desperate title company leave me a message asking about a same day closing in St Augustine (about three hours away from me). Lets see if she goes for my fee! I can't believe that FATCO can't find a notary up there that they can't e-doc it to, but I'm not complaining if I can go to the beach tomorrow

Only because I'm not going out. High expected today is 1 degrees and there is 12 inches plus of snow on the ground. I'm sitting here sipping coffee and trying to get motivated to go out and blow snow. LOL. I'm in for a three day weekend.

I'd think it would be easier to email them to a more local NSA, but who am I to question their rationale? Maybe their server is down?

Same pace for this month compared to 2006 maybe a little better. Much better then 1/2005

If you think about it, any job we have now would have been originated during the holidays, I think that's why. No one up and decides to call the loan officer when they are trying to think of their last minute Christmas gifts/plans
