Breaking into Loan signing
Hello all and Happy New Year!
My wife has been a notary for years now and I just recently received my commission. We are interested in doing some loan signings etc. in our area and wanted some advice on how to break into the business.
Thanks in advance for any input.

Breaking into the biz
Michael, in the interest of not joining into the barrage that's coming your way, I'd suggest that you and your wife go about this, just like you would in any devolping business. You can start by researching on this site (orange button) things like who not to work for, what kind of equipment you need and perhaps some of the downfalls of this in an uncertain time. To expect your competition to give you a leg up, is perhaps a bridge too far. This business is going to ride on you and your wife's ingenuity and business savvy. Good luck.

Re: Breaking into the biz
Thanks for the input PL. I have been reading a lot on this forum and others but just wanted to say hi to everyone and see if I anyone was willing to impart some wisdom. Worth a shot, I figured.
Thanks again.
