Can somebody help, grantee acceptance and agreement?

I'm doing a purchase loan, and there is a grantee acceptance and agreement doc. Has 2 lines for grantee. And also 2 places for notarization. Can somebody help me ? It is only one borrower. Does he has to sign under grantee, and me only notarize one time?

Should we all set our Troll-O-Meter now?

Purchaser signs one line, you notarize that signature. The second line is there in case there's another purchaser, so you can ignore it. The second notarization area s probably there in case it's a split signing (or in case you feel like notarizing each signature individually...).

Thank you Mike

so much, I know it sounds like a very simple and plain question, but I was told there is no stupid question. Again thanks, have a wonderful day
