Certificate Builder
Does anyone know where I can get an computer fill-in acknowledgment certificate either for free or for sale? I'm looking for one with the thumbprint and description on the bottom.
I've found online versions I can print out, but I can't find one in which I can type in all the information.
Thanks!

Thanks. I was actually looking for one with the thumbprint where you can enter the description of the document. The general ones like on the SS's website and jurisdocuments are quite easy to find online.

I had no problem getting to John's website. Maybe just not working at the time?? p.s. Found the "links" to forms helpful for any newbie's looking for information or notary forms and loan pkt samples. Incidentally, great website John. Very professional and well done.

Re: John - can't get to your web site...John
You have very, very good resources on your pages. When I was new, I would have killed for the list of packages on the Pierson law firm site (Tx lawyers). That hasn't been there there long...I have visited that site before. They have all kinds of complete Texas residential mortgage packages...except for rev morts. Awesome. Thanks.
