Deed & TIL

What does it mean when only one borrower is named on the deed of trust and there are two borrowers on the note and all other documents??? Is it just that only one is on title and both are on the financing???? Also what type on loan program does not have a TIL???

Thank you for your help I'm actually trying to find answers to questions that I failed on a test so I know what the correct way to do things are and I do not have my notary book of questions and answers with me I'm out of town.. Again as has been discussed MANY times on this forum. Remember when everyone was saying "ignore the trolls", etc. This is not the first time someone has wanted the answer to a test question and the forum gets into a tizzy. I simply suggested something that makes SENSE. Perhaps I should start searching to find posts where you AGREED that it was in the best interest of NR to ignore these types of posts. Dontcha just love that? They constantly tell us to either help the person or just ignore the thread, then proceed to do neither option themselves.

And I have a hunch that the original poster was being sincere with why she was asking the question, that she had already failed the test and was trying to learn the answers she missed. Usually when we bust them they're indignant that we could possibly think they were cheating, and that they just happened to word their question about which documents are the security instruments in multiple choice format.
