Anyone having problems getting paid from this company? I've never had a problem and suddenly they're late.

This may seem simple minded, but have you invoiced them or called them?

I notice that we sometimes forget to invoice them and they require that. I would suggest that you try calling them and see if you get anywhere that way first. They always seem to respond quickly that way for us. Hope this helps.

Hey, thanks, Mindy. I did a signing for Docuserv in December and forgot to invoice them. I think it's because they have the website that you have to go into for all the info and retrieval of docs so I disconnect having to actually send them an invoice. Duh! on my part.
