E & O

Has anyone been involved in litigation involving something they notarized? I just wondered because yesterday I had the thought that I wished I had taken out a higher E & O coverage when I first started because I made a few mistakes in my notary book. Now that I have a routine and don't miss things, I am not so worried.

If someone is just starting out, should they have a higher coverage during that time? Just a thought.

I don't know about that but if you want to increase your coverage you can. Just buy another policy.
