Did a signing for lthem in 11/10/2006. Can't get them to pay or answer the phone. Anyone have any dealings with this company in California?

I did....... back in August 2006. I had been very busy and was not paying attention to the unpaid services file. Well, that's what I get for being extremely patient and procrastinating. I also called and got a message from the phone company. "No longer in Service".
