I've had one prior signing for them and just finished another one for them the other day. They paid as agreed on the first one. The signing this past week was supposed to be o/n docs. They called me during the day after I had set the appointment and there was a change where docs needed to be redrawn and printed by me. I gave them my price for edocs, they agreed and I later began to print. I then found out it was a first and a second, I called them right away, told them it would be xxx dollars, they hemmed and hawed and we finally met just below my normal fee. I only did it because, I had most of the docs printed and I had already set the appointment, and it was very close to home.
Short story is, they are on the low side and they are a little shy on the truth side.
