FASS Fee Reduction in Piggy Backs!!!!

FASS used pay $145 for edoc Piggy Back and now they are looking to pay $110. I already told them that I will not take anything less than $145 and cannot believe they just casually change their policy without letting agents know before hand. I'm sorry, but paper and toner are not cheap and I feel our time is valuable as well. They are not taking our time of printing out the additional paperwork and additional time with the borrowers. I am hoping everyone puts their foot down and not let them take advantage.

$145 was taking advantage for edoc piggyback loans. $110 is just a flat out insult.

But it's FASS. They've been insulting us for years. Consider their new policy your invitation to dump their cheap butts for good. They'll get what they pay for, that's for sure.

I haven't been doing Chase piggy backs for them, but they've started paying my fees for local closings. I thought that was surprising. I'd been turning them down right and left for several months, and towards the end of November, they started paying my normal fees, not their low fees.

I like these people they have always met my fee. Perhaps they shop in the areas they have many notaries in their database. I have never done a piggyback for them but my single fee beats that pigbgyback quote. I just did one last thursday for them at my normal fee.
