I haven’t worked for them in 2+ years, but they did pay on time. As long as you don't mind the meager fee and the mounds of fax backs.

Actually, I am just doing a QCD with minimal faxing. The signing location is less than three miles from home base, so no big whoop. I don't think I'd rush to do a full closing for them, based on what you are saying.

I did a few for PDS couple months ago. Fee was reasonable, no fax back and paid promptly.
