Good Laugh Nations direct

4pm get a call from nations direct. I got a double signing in 3.9 miles from you at 8pm tonight. So I replied ok what is your fee, he said 80, for both a total of 80 to print out 2 packages and do the signing. I said 250; he said he will call if he gets in a pinch. I will wait by the phone.

e of offering 80.00 but this was at 8:30 PM and kept saying but it is in your town.... and I said does not matter if it is across the street or the next county... I still have to print 100s of pages.... it HAD to be done that night

they never called back and I am sure it ended up being at least a midnight signing or someone willing to back date....and cheap out....

Just asked ND if they would waive the fax back requirement and the man says that the loan company (Ditech?) requires it. Is that normal?

Then I get this email with a faxback list twice as long as any other they have sent me!!! Someone is just making up things to add to the list it looks like. (notice All notarized documents appearing twice on the list).

I'LL JUST JUMP IN HERE ON THIS ONE i DID A DITECK signing and I think everyone who touches these loans has to have a copy and it cost me and my people that contaced me for the signing and we still haven't got paid, bowerrers don't like to get writers cramps no mater what deal they get from the refi company

I just got a call from them at 8 pm. "How are you, listen I have a signing in your city. It's a first and second with EDocs" My reply "When" "It's tonight at 10 pm" I ask "How much?" I know they are going to try to low ball it, but when he said $80 I started cracking up and said "For a 1st and 2nd, after 8 pm?!" He says "How about $100?"

I'm laughing as I reply "I will do a day signing without fax backs before 6 pm and get paid $100. Listen, I'm a single mom and it takes alot more than $100 to get me out after 8 pm. I appreciate that you guys call me and I don't mind taking an occasional signing before 6 or 7 near me for $60"

His voice changed from so happy perky to a blunt "Okay, bye"

They'll call again, you can't hurt their feelings. My boss laughs and turns them down constantly, but they keep on calling.

I used to take just about whatever they'd give me in the beginning just to become more comfortable with the process, but now that I've tasted what other companies will pay ... Yeah, if I'm not doing anything, it's near me, sure I'll take it. But $100 for a 1st and 2nd on a Friday night at 10 pm?! Man, I'm already in my pj's. And I really hate all those fax backs.
