Got one today! GMAC loan....
Yesterday I received a call for a notary loan signing.., docs delivered to my address for a local signing for Friday. They were paying only $75.00, but I stated my fee was $100 (Docs with Borrower of FedEx.) They called me back and approved $100.00 fee. Got loan and only (2) notarizations and small faxback. I usually add $25.00 for faxback but could not get that approved and since things have been a little slow, accepted in the spirit of cooperation.
I figure local signing, no printing, got docs for review, plenty of time for signing.. not a bad day!

GMAC loans (Di-tech) are quick but low pay. They now use e-signatures on all prelim docs, if things move forward notaries may not be need in a few years.

The signatures will still have to be notarized on the DOT. I just got my electronic notary seal. I feel a notary will always be used but you need to keep up with technology.

Go to the NNA website to see if your state is doing the ENS yet, not all states are. I applied for it just like your commission. They are only good for 1 year.

No ens in NJ and you won't see it for a long time here. Not unless someone powerful feels they can make a ton of money, plus not all the county clerks are online.
