Got one tonight.. EleventhHourSignings.com.. Great Fee too!
It has been slow lately.. and then I received a call from Paige @ Eleventh Hour Signings.. Negotiated fee to $175.00, First and Second, one Borrower, less than 3 blocks away! Found "Paige" to be polite and professional, and look forward to doing future business with this company. Researched on NotRot shows many good contacts with few complaints... :-)

I have worked for Paige before, but lately some people have posted that they have some kind of financial dificulties, and not paying notaries. Last time they called me they offered me a very low fee and I could not do it.

I did one for them a few months ago and in spite of all the posts I was paid in 45 days. No calls

Oh, I did my first for them like almost 2 years ago, and she paid me in less than a week,I remember it was a little check(not the amount)like a personal check size.

just a difference of opinion here - $175 for a double e-doc loan is not a "great fee" in my dictionary. Since you say you're slow and it's close with one borrower(my fee has nothing to do with how many borrowers - one borrower is just generally a nice little perk) , I'd say you probably did the right thing for yourself accepting the order but again, not a 'great fee' - it's not even $125 for one loan with 1/2 for the second.
I can't imagine anyone accepting e-docs for less than $125 but from what I see on this board people do it all the time - hence the attendent whining and griping I further see about the requirements you surely know are coming with the order. If people charge enough to start with they won't care about printing an extra few pages or splitting a package. I know I went off on another tangent here rather than your original topic.
