IREP / Beneficial - Confirmation / Closer Survey

Does anyone else who does closing for IREP / Beneficial have a problem getting their confirmations on Friday.

Friday, the local Benefical office calls me and asks if I can sign a loan for them, I say yes, and they say, OK, IREP will call you. 10 minutes later, I do in fact get the call from IREP. They say, they will send their Conf/Closer Survey. Well, I do the signing, and get back home. Still no Conf or Survey. I try calling them and get the answering service and no chance to talk to a real person. Later that day, I get another call from IREP asking if I can do a 3:30PM signing. Again, I say yes, go do the signing. Again, I return home, no Conf / closer survey. I sent them a Fax requesting a Confirmation / Closer survey.

Has anyone else experienced this? Will I have a difficult time collecting from them? These are the first signings I have done for them when I didn't have the confirmation before I left for the job.

I'm up with a sick little girl whom all of a sudden feels better when I try to administer aspirin for a fever. grrrrr....

I wouldn't worry about IREP, they have never messed me up and I do a lot for the local HFC. Just call them on Monday and they will get you straight.

Call IREP today, and let them know that you did not receive either of the confirmations, verify that they have your correct fax number on file. They'll resend your confirmation. You must complete the survey and fax it, in order to be paid.
