Evelyn - the boat is very crowded

with notaries (especially in CA) who have decided that there is ton of money to be made in the Notary Public business. First and best advice anyone can or will give you is to READ this board from message #1 to today. There is the equivelant of a Phd in information here.

If you're more interested in the Signing Agent aspect of the business start with message 33325 and if you're still interested and still think you want to pursue this then read the balance of the board. What you have asked is for your competition to train you. A BIG NO-NO in any business. Think of it as Burger King asking McDonald's how to be successful and you will then understand some of the answers you will probably get to your question.
