Infinite Notaries - out of Texas

Anyone else having the same problems with this company as I?

The above named company has not paid me for a signing done on 10/11/06. Have tried repeated calls to Ronda - always get voice mail. Finally sent demand letter with new copy of billed faxed on 1/3/07. Got email back, stated her records showed payment on this account back in Nov.. Stated she would get in touch with her bank. I asked for a copy of the check showing any info. as to account it was deposited in or who signed......sent second email yesterday - now no response whatsoever. I did notice on another board where other notarys are having collection problems with her also. BEWARE!

I plan on talking with the title company and contacting the State's Attorney General along with the BBB -

I have no experience with this company, but I have had similar issues
with other companies mistakenly sending my payment to other vendors.
It has always been a few weeks longer for resolution.
There has been one instance of my cashing a check, and my not accurately
entering that information in my records. That was a huge embarrassment to me,
so I'd give them a week longer, just in case you find yourself in that situation.

I usually approach collections as "is it my bookkeeping mistake or" luckily so far it has been the company. I do know I'm capable of making dumb mistakes too. What I find is when a small signing agency won't return your calls, ignores voice mail messages, and then, won't respond when you ask them to provide you with a copy of the check, you're in trouble. I tried not to be too judgmental until I read the other posts on another board where notaries were not being paid by this same company.....anyway, thanks for your input, I appreciate it.

I have not had any response from Infinite Notaries at all. I have called them several time since January 2007 and still they will not respond. Left message, send fax, send emails, I guess that they will be one name that I will remember to just say no to.
