Knock on wood...

**************************
Signing Agent Professionals,

Congratulations! Based on the quality of your prior signings we are giving you the first opportunity to be a part of an exclusive group of “Approved” Lenox Provident Signing Agents! This Client represents the vast majority of the signings that take place in your local region.

Attached you will find a Lenox Provident Training Aid that has been prepared to further train and better educate you about this particular lender’s signing rules and guidelines. Their signing practices are somewhat stringent compared to most lenders and as a result we have had to send many agents back out for corrections. As you can imagine this is a huge burden on our Signing Agents, borrowers and our lender! We believe that through team work and this additional training effort we will be more efficient in closing these packages without issue. From our past experiences we know that you are an excellent signing agent and once trained with the proper lender specifics together we will get these files closed with minimal errors.

Again, we chose only a select group to become Approved Lenox Provident Agents, so this could mean more business for you in the long run if you’re willing to learn this lender’s requirements and fax back our training acknowledgement form. Please take the time to review the attached package in great detail and call me with any questions that you might have. Upon receipt of the acknowledgement form (Last Page) I will then add you to our Lenox Provident Approved Database.

Hi, Andy!

You up?

Just saw Jerry Rice on Jon Stewart, and lamenting the loss of my beloved 49ers of yore. His quintessential work ethic is inspirational.

Who is Lenox Provident?

Cheers!
Susie

Lenox Provident...Susie

Is the nit-pickiest lender that required $500K E&O from SA to close their loan and they have the strictest guidelines as to how their papers are to be done.

Check your email...Andy
