Just guessing but maybe "Locks" as in Lock in Agreement? Or did the package include a smoked salmon? When you get the answer, let us know, OK?

Well I have it narowed down to it must be a explanation letter of derogatory credit? Does that sound right to anyone?

In that case, maybe it means "letter of explanation"?

OK survey says......................

It was a letter of explanation as someone said, and get this......it was not even for the right borrower!!! It was basically just an explanation of derogatory credit about some accident they had and gave all their money to their brother, blah blah blah, and it was not their story!! Now that is embarrassing to ask someone to sign a bad credit letter and it is not even for them.
