Jahari, I am tired of your pathetic efforts to stir the pot on this NOTARY message board.

Believe it or not, this does have an impact on our field. There are huge privacy concerns as they relate to credit reports for loan docs, and other personal information like blood test results, HIV test results, patermity test results, adoption papers, anything that could be notarized.

Jahari - go ahead and tell us how to think so we can move on.

Just an idea. Something different rather than the same insanity.

You get it off your chest and we'll be good friends who agree with everything you say so you don't get upset.

Brenda, I don't want government reading yours or my mail!

This is not politics. This is about privacy. If you thought you had HIV and were waiting for test results would you want THAT opened to governmental scrutiny?

So you go get an anonymous HIV test where they don't mail you the results. Problem solved.

What about credit records which are used to determine just about everything from economic viability and loans to hiring for jobs? Those cannot be made anonymous Brian.

That is a questions and that's not what I asked for you to do for me.

You don't care what *I* personally think...so you just tell me what I need to think and we'll move on....all ears.

I do not want to tell you what *I* think because you don't care. You have a debate and points to make. So...I want you to tell me what to think so we can move along.

I don't want you to dice and slice and argue my opinion from hell to breakfast...tell me how stupid I am...I just want you to get this out of your system...tell me off real good and move on...like two grown "a$$ adults."

You win...it's that simple Jahari.

Please tell us what we need to know that only you can explain to us.

Read the dictionary, Jahari...

and while you're at it, scrutinize the verbiage of our founding fathers a little harder, too. Maybe that will occupy your time? Or at the very least, make you feel better.
Your spin and propaganda theories are positively useless in a Notary Forum.

How about you read the U.S. Constitution Lisa?!

Actually, that WAS the 4th Amendment courtesy of our founding fathers. I posted it word for word absent the title and got pretty much the response I thought I would. The words describing them, disappointing and shameful. Say what you want, but day by day our bags are searched to get on an airplane. We are padded down, forced to strip down and are x-rayed under our clothes before we get on that plane. Our phone calls, emails, and internet usage tracked and recorded, Habeas Corpus effectively dead and now our personal mail can and likely will be opened and screened by the government (It's already happened.) Yet here, you chastize and scream at me, call myself and others you disagree with or don't like names and tell us to get out of "your" country because we try to let you know what is happening under your nose behind all the smoke and mirrors whether you know it or not so you too can get and feel as outraged, violated and motivated as we are. You people would have shot Paul Revere dead for waking you from your sleep. You people are quite simply unbelieveable to me.

Um, JJ I would suggest that is because we are under siege by terrorists who sort of blow people up into bits. Tiny bits.

Since you seem to lean to that side, perhaps you could best tell the country how to deal with them?

Wrong again as usual Sue. You dont know me at all...

So to fight this "war" you'd like to become Nazi Germany or Mussolini's Italy? Burn the constitution and piss away everything this country stands for because for some ignorance is bliss and for others great fear is great security? I don't think so. We beat Hitler and the Empire of the Sun our way, not the way you are appeasing. Sue, you all can disagree with me all you want, but if you truly give a damn about the goodness oand the principles of this country of ours, you'd be on the phone calling your Congressman and Senators like I have been and encouraging others to do so. Even your privacy deserves to be respected and upheld.

There you go again with assumptions and spin...

Jahari. I know the Constitution. I was implying that you take a dictionary in hand and look up the words you quoted so that you understand clearly that the law was interpreted appropriately, BASED on the 4th Ammendment. Sheesh... are you daft?

I am just not a paranoid propagandist with a subversive agenda, and therefore do not give a whit whether or not the government, President Bush, his wife, his daughters or their freakin' DOG read my email.
Honestly... if it amuses them, then they are welcome to it. If they glean some insight as to the person I am, and if it makes them feel better... have at it.
And that goes for my "test results" in the mail. And my luggage. Phone calls, too. I am sure they'd get a chuckle out of me commisserating with "the gang" as to how we intend to flush out the MoMo's of the world.
As for the airport searches... well, I found the last one to be somewhat entertaining!
To quote, "me thinks the wench doth protesteth too much". In simple English, that means that I think the folks who are freaked out about this are the ones we have to watch, and I am ALL FOR IT.

Exactly Sue. If you dont want me looking into it, why would you want anyone else looking into it? Oh thats right, you are one of the scared appeasers that need an authoritarian "daddy" type to coddle and tell you how to think, feel, believe, and who to hate. And you say I have a personality disorder. You are completely disturbed.

As always Jahari, you made no impact at all

other than to irritate the notaries who come here to discuss issues that affect them.

Try answering a REAL notary question now and then - maybe you'll be taken seriously, but I doubt it.

So...how many signings did YOU do in 2006, Newbie??
