Missing RTC??

I just completed a signing this morning and as I was giving the signing docs one last "once-over," I noticed there was no RTC. I don't want to send these docs off w/o the RTC. There is no after hours contact number for anyone (signing co, lender, escrow...). I hate to hold on to these until Monday... Any advice?

Are you sure there was supposed to be an RTC? It doesn't apply to initial purchases, second homes, or extensions of existing lines of credit.

Not every loan requires an RTC

This could be one. Purchases and investment properties don't have an RTC. Send in what you have. If for some reason there's a discrepancy they will contact you. Don't hold those docs.

Re: Not every loan requires an RTC

My badd..! Now that the panick has subsided I do recall that on investment properties (which this is one) there is no RTC. Thank you for the replies. I good now.
