National Closing Services High Point, NC

Just wondering if anyone else has not been paid by Tammy Hardman of National Closing Services? She owes me one from 9/21/06 and has every excuse under the sun. She told me she has been paid by Ace Mortgage and send payment soon. Later they haven't paid and she'll have to pay out of pocket. She must not be paying anyone. I have threatened collection and now check is in the mail. Right. Please let me know if you've had the pleasure of working with her? Has anyone ever taken anyone to small claims? She's alittle ways away but my family lives near her and could visit. Is it worth it? ($100.00)

No problems on this end. Completed assignment on 9/28/06, received payment on 10/12/06.
