National Notary Association

I made the mistake of buying some new notary stamps from this outfit. They were the ugliest and largest stamps I have ever seen. I call them up and complain and they said they meet the specifications. After some discussion they agreed to take them back. I mailed them back and that was the last I have heard from them. They do not answer their phones, I left one phone on speaker for 1 hour and no one picked up. I have emailed and faxed them with no results. I cannot believe a company would treat a customer like this and expect to stay in business. I have E & O insurance with these clowns and I will transfer this to a company that cares when it comes up for renewal.

Some time ago, before I realized what these folks were, I ordered some stuff. Among the stuff was a request for a 'backup' stamp.

They processed my online order immediately, that is, they charged my credit card. Then, about two weeks later, I get a letter requesting the authorization from my SOS for the stamp. Since I can't get an auth. for another stamp, only a replacement (which I didn't want), I called to cancel the entire order, since they hadn't shipped the other items. ["I show your order as processed," she says. "Yes, you *processed* my order, you just didn't *ship* it," say I. "I'll have to check on that," she huffs. Over and over again.]

Now, I shop alot online, and very few process the payment until the order is shipped - or real close to being shipped. They had my money for almost three months! Never again.

New stamps and supplies from NR, that's for sure.

Cheers!
Susie
