OT: God Bless the Girl Scouts!

Not only will they (The Girl Scouts) allow you to indulge in your most favorite cookie(s) one time per year, but they allow you to share this indulgence with a soldier abroad. When you buy your favorite cookie, pick up a box to send abroad. Our soldiers appreciate Girl Scout Cookies too.

Thank you, for allowing this NotRot PSA.

I have articles, letters and pictures of the troops receiving these boxes. If anyone is interested in seeing/reading it, please let me know.

Becca....Question....

Does the Girl Scouts send the cookies or what address should we send them to?
Thanks!

Re: Becca....Question....

The Girl Scouts send the cookies to the troops. All you need to do is purchase a box from a Girl Scout for a soldier.

Here's a link to Operation Taste of Home.

OT: Re: Operation: Thin Mint

Here in San Diego, we call it Operation:Thin Mint. The Girl Scouts send them over and they use the proceeds (here in San Diego) to pick out the brands. Here is the San Diego website for OTM: http://www.girlscoutssdi.org/site/productsales/otm.php

Here are some of the articles and pictures of the troops and the arrival of the cookies from last year.
