OT - Movie...normally not my kind but...

Little Miss Sunshine is a great show for grown folk who have the dysfunctional family in the background. Yeah, we are all crazy as coots but we love our family and they love us. That's pretty much the message of it. Nice change from the "Mommy Dearest" crazy family flicks.

(I can't say for sure this is not going to be seen as a political post as there is one brief tv shot with a president in it. I just fast forwarded through that scene.)

LOVED that movie.....

Kinda like "Family Vacation" for the severely disfunctional! Got slow at times but the end made me laugh so hard I cried.....both times I saw it - and the second time was on a flight from Cleveland to Florida. Totally embarassed my hubby!

Ha! Gary my personal choice is "The Rock" any movie has to be great. Who's watching the plot anyway. lol "What a hunk-o-man." Sighhhhhh

Saw it and loved it at the theatre. Talk about a truly great film. You'll see Oscar buzz on this one for best screenplay.
