Outsourcing from India
I have seen several posts on the issue, today I received an email from a company offering that same service. For anyone interested in perusing it, the link is: www.corebpo.com

Thanks Misty, Not having read any of the posts that you allude to, I feel that outsourcing contributes to the "Selling of America" As much as corporations want to save money by keeping it in their own pockets there is a cost. That is the cost to Americans in lost jobs of course, but also in the loss of health care, retirement options, and the inability to purchase what these companies sell. We have gone from one of the great industialized nations, to a service sector economy. The service sector portion of the economy is in turn being lost to outsourcing and my question is what will be the end result? Will we at some point become a total welfare state with an abyss between the haves and have nots?
I am troubled by the following phrase which was taken directly from the site that you listed:
**If you are young, dynamic and are looking to make a successful career in the BPO industry, then CoreBPO is the right place for you. You will be posted at our service delivery facility in Gurgaon and will be working on behalf of global corporates using cutting-edge applications.**

India. An english speaking democratic country bursting with highly motivated people obsessed with education and the education of their children. It's a good thing we don't share a border with them or we would all be eating Mac Curry Burgers.

Actually
I have not gotten the scheduling call from the Indian ladies for awhile. Now they just call to remind me to go to my signing and afterward (like a week) wanting to know if it closed. By then the doc's are where they are supposed to be and I have made closed confirmation call or email.
