Professional Settlements Services LLC

I only see one post on this company about a year ago. Anyone deal with them now. They sent me a application to fill out and send back
part of the package wants my to stamp a page with my seal and send back. CAn I do that?

I do work for them often. I never had any problems. I never send a copy of my stamp, I just let them know that I cannot supply it, never had a problem.

Don't ever stamp anything other than a document you are notarizing. If they need proof that you're a notary, send them a copy of your commission.

I'm with Roger, mostly. Never send a piece of paper with your embossed seal! If the company wants to see my seal, I emboss a sheet and draw a big, black Magic Marker X through the impression. Then I fax the sheet, along with a copy of my Commission and E & O Insurance cover page.
