Has anyone worked for this company recentley. There fees are a little low.
I signed their contract but underlined fees as negotiable?
Any advice.

Re: Reliaclose out of Ohio...

I've never been lowballed if this is the same company, and they pay as agreed within 30 days. Most companies list low fees on their contracts, but if you don't agree with them, give them a quote when they call you for a signing. I would work for Reliaclose anytime.

Re: OH PULLLEZ READ THE BLURB ON THEIR WEBSITE:

I've never seen their website, so can't comment on NNA. I have; however, done a few closings for them. They met my fees and paid within a reasonable time period

Re: OH PULLLEZ READ THE BLURB ON THEIR WEBSITE:

this will change as they build up their NNA faction of new NSAs who have been told these are great fees to work for..... unless of course your area is not oversaturated with them.....

They are just trying to get a free ride on the Big Dogs tail

or at least as they see it. I suspect that the NNA promotes itself to the Signing SErvice in ways that you would be apalled to even consider. If the NNA can consolidate its power in the SS then anyone who wants to work witht he SS will ahve to bow down to NNA demands. Its just a simple business strategy. Obviously while a lot of people here see the real NNA a lot of people just coming in to the buisness have no idea. Maybe you all should start a public information campaign. Smile Regards!

So, perhaps they are making a buck from the NNA by advertising for them. It's better than not having enough money to pay their notaries! I call it creative income stream for a ss.

Re: so you will work for $50-65 if this is ok to you?

well I read the blurb...now for my 2 cents...I've worked for them in the past and have had no problems with fees. I dunno about this $50-65 quote, they've never quoted that to me and we've not even been close to that in our discussions. I'm inclined to agree with the previous poster about a source of advertisement. Geez if we picket against everyone that is remotely connected to the NNA we'll not be doing business with a single soul! I cancelled my membership and that's all I can do to show my displeasure. NNA isn't the only company that views this industry as a cash cow. There are several others and if one focused on them you'd probably have an equal amount of complaints.
