Respa docs & ID

I was wondering how others handle this. When doing respa doc's with the borrower there are no notarizations. Do you still enter their ID information in your journal?
I tend to think of the use of the journal in the purest sense in that when I am no longer a notary, the journal goes to the state. There will be that Identifying info with no notarization. Also, we tend to be hired for this because of our experience as signing agents that are familiar with the documents at hand rather than the need for notarization.
I don't necessarily want to keep ID information in any other form than the journal. Perhaps making a notation in the journal the purpose and not have them sign it?

Hi Stamper, I only enter notarial acts in my journal. Never take it out on RESPA signings.

Thanks I tend to

get a little anal about record keeping but haven't been able to bring myself to record this in the journal. Usually they are sending back copies of their IDS and SS cards anyway.
