So far my experience hasn't been great. The seem very inexperienced at this whole closing thing. The girl in the office called me, left a message, then told her manager that I never called her back, it was 10 minutes, I was in the shower, but she couldn't wait. He said I hadn't let them know that I had been able to print the docs. I had emailed the girl the night before that I had gotten the docs and they printed find. She replied to my email. She called several more times and asked the same question. I had 7 closngs scheduled yesterday, so I stopped at a Kinkos Fed Ex when I finally got near one to fax the docs they needed, the line they gave me was busy, so I faxed them to my efax and emailed them the pdf file. The girl could not understand that I had sent her the file, and instead of me paying $15.00 to fax the docs again, that she could do it. She then couldn't figure out how to open a pdf file and had to keep putting her manager on the phone.
After all that she then started harrassing me about the tracking number. I said I have a Sat pickup and the docs will get to you Monday so I'll email it to you when I get home to print a label. Well ofcourse the 7 closings didn't go as planned, and I refused to be late to my daughters Sweet 16 dinner. I get up at 6 this morning to do all my fed ex, and realize that the girl never did give me her companies address, not one email or confirmation has the address.
Getting paid on time is a good thing. Even if a company pays on time, if they are clueless and call too many times, then I don't want to work for them. Literally this girl called and asked me the same questions 7 times "Did you get the docs and did they print" not to mention the email that I answered.
