Signing #1 Got docs last night. Ready, set....git r done.
Signing #2 Docs waiting when returned from #1...view, print and off...smooth sailing.
Signing #3...Waiting, waiting, waiting, and waiting some more.

I knew it was too good to be true!

Can you believe it....CANCELLED!!!

Normally this would bother me, but it's 20 below zero here and I'd rather go home and wrap up in my blanket. Have a nice night all!

Well at least you have some signings.

I haven't had even 1 signing for the entire month of January! I can't believe it. I have been busy every single month until now.

I am so bummed.

Made THREE trips to the same town in one day... 9 am appt (docs to borrower), 5:30 pm bo wanted me on his doorstep at EXACTLY 5:30 pm. Can I go right to my 6:30 appt? Nope... no docs.
Get home from 5:30..AHA.. docs are here.. but no one told me it's a 1st & a 2nd. Call title, get my fee adjusted and off I go at 8 pm for my 6:30 pm.
Thank goodness the 6:30 pm bo was a wonderful person!
Ain't tihs FUN?
