I closed a loan for them on 11/15/06 and haven't been paid either. Kim Majestic is the one who contacted me and she's listed on NotRot.

I wish I had read this before I did a closing for her!!! I'm referring to: Ms. Kimberly Majestic (supposedly) Title America USA (not filed with the CO SOS) 7720 E. Belleview Ave. Greenwood Village CO 80111. Ph 303-488-5303 (not listed) I along with others, mistook her call as from Title America, a good, reputable company, for whom I have done many closings. Thinking this was just a new office. Foolishly I did a closing for her in January of this year, and have not been paid. If anyone has any information on her, or her company (like where she can be served?) I would greatly appreciate getting it. You may email me privately if you wish.
