... welcome to the forum. I'm fairly new to this myself, but can share a couple of tips with you.
First, as explained in the Rules & Guidelines, and as regular posters remind us over and over, before posting a question, you should do a search of the messages. Oftentimes, you'll find your answers there. The search function isn't perfect, but, overall, is very helpful. Be sure to spell the name correctly ("StReam" .
For whatever reason, my own search just now didn't uncover a recent discussion beginning with message #171875 about TS, but I'd suggest you start there (again, using the search function).
Second, if you haven't already done so, check out the message string beginning with #33325. There's a fantastic amount of information about the SA business there.
Finally, as much as time will allow, keep up with this forum. You can learn a lot just doing that. In fact, I find I get answers to questions I haven't even thought of yet.

Forget them. I did 2 reverse mortgages for them and it took more than 2 months and the threat of prosecution to get my money. Then, believe it or not, several days after they FINALLY paid me, they had the nerve to call and want me to work for them again. Never!
