Yet another new disclosure document here in Ohio
Another brand new (but mandatory) doc says:
"Under Ohio law, you are not required to complete this transaction merely because you received prior estimates of closing costs or have signed an application. You should not close this loan transaction if it contains different terms and conditions than those you were promised."
Where will it end?

When people take responsibility for their own actions
and not depend on the Nanny state to look out for them. That's when it will end.

Re: When people take responsibility for their own actions
Yeah, this is the result of new anti-predatory lending legislation here. Not sure that particular form will have any effect.

Warning! Warning! On a lottery ticket: "Do Not Iron."
On a cell phone: "Don't try to dry your cell phone in the microwave oven." On a front-loading washing machine: "DO NOT put any person in this washer." On a personal watercraft: "Never use a lit match or open flame to check fuel level." On a telephone directory: "Please do not use this directory while operating a moving vehicle."
