events in RTC
I recently had a 1st and 2nd signing(Countrywide). on the 1st the three events listedin the RTC are: (1) The date of the transaction, which is _____________ ; or (2) The date you received your Truth in Lending disclosures; or (3) The date you received this notice of your right to cancel. Here in the blank I filled in the current date. (all 4 copies)
On the second, I didn't notice the difference in the wording: (1) The opening date of your account which is _____________; or (2) The date you received your Truth in Lending disclosures; or (3) The date you received this notice of your right to cancel. Here too, I entered the current date. (all copies) I don't know what is the opening date of the account. Is it the same as the transaction date? I don't believe I have messed up too much since I haven't heard from anybody yet. But just curious since I haven't seen this before. Is the "opening date of your account" commonly used in RTC to mean the date signed?
