forclosures

Anybody ever get a call to read the auction at the courthouse and take the money? Don't know why they called, as nothing needs notarized.

I "heard" that there are foreclosure agents who work in each county in this state for law firms who do foreclosure work. I don't have the time these days to research it or have the inclination to do it, but that's an opportunity for the true entrepreneurs among the readers of this board. You guys may already know about that. The lawyers do the documents then they turn it over to companies who specialize in sending out their vast number of local agents to post the notices, hold the sale, etc. To me, this sounds a lot more likely of an opportunity than some of the others which are promoted.
