grrr....

I did a closing, took 5 hrs beginning to end, title co just called, bo cancelled, they don't feel the need to pay me because there is no money in the HUD account!! GRRRR, just letting off steam here.

So let me get this straight...you did the closing with the bo's...they exercised their RTC and the company refuses to pay you? Did you approach this possibility in the beginning, i.e. cancellation fee, trip fee etc? You should at least get a trip fee and a printing fee from them. Good luck

Do us all a favor and tell us which TC did this

Were you hired directly by the title company? If you were, then you should be paid by them. It is loathesome when a company treats us as if we work on commission! Do the rest of us a favor and tell us which TC pulled this stunt.

A title company called to hire me today and accepted my $175 fee; I then told her that if I print the docs and perform the signing, I expect full fee regardless of funding, and was that acceptable? She said no it wasn't.

Two title companies have called me today and I didn't get either job.
