nna

I went to nna's site to poke around a bit as my membership is not up yet and because I have not become compliant with the background check I am not allowed to use the site, So I asked for a refund as I have not been able to get into the site for several months, well I was told I will not be getting a refund now my membership is up next month and I will not be reinvesting in their company.
So sad NOT

not defending them by any means...but I too have a membership which is not up yet...and, based on your message, I went to the website to 'poke around'. I was able to get on, poke around, update my profile...do anything I wanted to...do you think perhaps it is your browser or something else which may be blocking it? Just a thought. "Doc"

Thanks for the thought Doc but here is what it says when I try to log on and has for several months,
Our records indicate that your NNA membership has expired or that you are not an active member. You will need to purchase or renew your membership before you can access the Member Community.
I asked them about the refund and was told no. I can't and have not been able to sign in at all.Yet they say they looked my account up and it is not expired yet.
I think if it were blocked by my browser it would be something diff. And I am using the correct password I asked them for it so I was correct on that point. I am so done with them, my nsa account is expired and I am not compliant with them on their BGC.

There are several types of owners policies but, generally speaking, an owner's policy will cover the cost of remedying the defect in title, up to the purchase price of the property. If they paid for an inflation endorsement, it will cover up to the replacement/market value. That's how it works in WA and I would assume other states are comparable, but can't say for certain. Escrow and title officers are usually available to take calls if you run into something like this again. They're very glad to help Smile

I had the same problem at first. Then I spoke to a gentalmen that told me what my user ID was and the password should be your last name. It take about 2-3 days for them to set it for you. make sure to call them instead of going through the process on line.

OHNotary

Rebecca

Please, if you can, choose another handle on your postings here and at the other board. I have been posting her for at least 3 years and unfortunately, you've chosen my email address as your handle. I would really appreciate it. I just don't want someone else's posts attributed to me when in fact it is you. :-)

Re: OHNotary

How do you change your handle? I want to change mine to reflect my first name.

Re: OHNotary

Not sure, but it is listed on your profile. So I would imagine you could change it there.

Are you saying that after 2 years they have changed my user name and password? I am not following you sorry. Why would that happen?

Della, I think Joan is talking about ohnotary, not you.

How do you change your "handle"?

I went and looked. It doesn't seem to give you the option anymore. I knew Harry changed it so people couldn't change back and forth, but I never went and looked before. Also wanted to say, I got another "Your membership is due to expire, please renew" From our dear nna. Which is funny, since my membership expired a couple years ago. They EVEN offered me a free gym bag for reupping! Are they saying I'm fat! Wink

Telephone them again and ask to speak to a supervisor
or other manager for assistance.

If that fails, here is the NNA's president's (Milton Valera) direct
business number: 1-818-739-4044
