Anyone have a list of how companies are rated for service besides notary rotary? Trying to keep updated as to whom to do business with. Burned before.

Steve Scraggs from Independent Couriers of Orange County should be put on your LIST of NO PAY companies. He owes me over $2,000 in pay from previous signings I have done for him since June 0f 2006.
