NEVER, NEVER, NEVER

I used to do a lot of signings for them when I first started business, so in April when they said they changed their payment procedures, I decided to give them another chance. After sending MANY, MANY collection letters, I finally received payment the middle of November. Never again!!!

Why do people keep insisting on working f/SOX ???

The reputation of SOX has been known for YEARS. They are about as well known as The Donald.

Re: Why do people keep insisting on working f/SOX ???

A large national organization has made it so difficult for notary signing agents to find work, that signing agents have become desperate, and will work for anyone. It's mostly the new ones who have not been informed. It's hard to believe that it's the old-timers who are getting burned. And this large national organization keeps churning out signing agents by the hundreds each month.

Our profession has reached a point of diminishing returns. And unfortunately, for many signing agents who have worked for this particular company, it's a point of absolutely NO returns. Just my humble opinion.

Re: Why do people keep insisting on working f/SOX ???

Perhaps if enough people have their attorneys contact the company they may straighten out their act. Lot's of dialouge about filing Claims against bad SS. I have a perfect and very inexpensive solution for dealing with deadbeat companies that don't pay. I had to file suit against two companies so far (Names not to be mentioned). In fact I will file suit everyday if necessary, and to do this I only pay an annual fee (in monthly payments of around $26.00)of under $300.00 per year. For that I get a law firm at my disposal who will represent me if necessary in any state in the U.S. and even in Hawaii, and Alaska. That's right for about $1.19 per day, I have my very own law firm to represent me for any legal matter that may come up. Even if it is personal or business related. Most of the time a simple letter from my lawyer does the trick, sometimes they make a phone call to get the point across. Along with my membership I get ID theft protection and REAL ID theft recovery if ever someone decides to take over my identity

This membership is the perfect combination to go along with our Notary business'. But what is best about it is that you can make GREAT money offering the memberships right along with your already existing Notary Business. The potential for another cash vein is INCREDIBLE. Just imagine when the deadbeat opens a letter from your lawyers office informing them that they are going to be sued for BIG $$$$$. You and I both know that they will not risk having to pay those big lawyer fees plus damages just because they don't want to pay a hundred bucks or so!

I suggest that everyone sign up for this service and get the incredible protection and law firms in your pocket. I'm serious you can call the law firm that you are assigned to everyday if necessary. Folks these are real law firms that have lawyers that specialize in may areas of law. Ok enough from me just go to this website and it will tell you everything you need. www.prepaidlegal.com/hub/randalllucas. Or you can drop me a line at [e-mail address]
