Jan/Feb are usually slower months...just wait until the cc bills from Christmas hit the mailboxes.

That is for sure. I heard it in

several places last year.My step daughter always has all for her shopping done by the end of summer and has paid cash for it all. I can't be quite that disciplined but it works for her.

I've done 19 to date...and we have one more week to go in January. Last january 2006 I did 20 closings. February 2006 I did 34..... Hope february is as grand this year as it was last year.

Just got back from a early am signing and I have a 1pm. Been doing about 2 a day. Had a title company call me last week telling me they were having a hard time finding a good dependable notary in my county. They got my name from here

I looked at last year's calendar and I was slow the first two weeks of the month, as I am this January, but then I picked up a bunch of closings between the 17th and the end of the month. So I'm not too worried and I've been enjoying the time off.

No matter what I do this month

I will have beaten last Januarys totals. I had 1 signing in January last year, but I had only been doing signings for 2 months. I am a little slow, and it doesn't help that I woke up with a major cold this morning and had to call the 2 I had scheduled for today and tell them I was too sick to go. Oh well, better to rest and get better than go out in 5 degree temperatures and get worse.

I've been trying to put my time

to good use. Purchased an inverter on e-bay a week ago, was delivered yesterday and I was able to get in installed today. Can't wait to try it out!! Now I will be completely MOBILE!!! I've also spent the first two weeks marketing like crazy so hopefully business will pick up in the next few weeks. And when it does I'll be ready to handle whatever they want to send my way (distance and fees acceptable).
