AMERIFIRST - WINDOW COMPANY USING SVCS - ANY INFO?

Has anyone heard of Amerifirst? I did do a search on the board and found nothing. I just had a window company representative at my home re replacement windows. This is a very distinquished company that has been around since 1930's. In our discussion he asked what I did. When I told him, he asked if I wanted a job. He said that the closer that his company uses takes forever to set up an appointment with borrower and therefore they loose alot of business. (doesn't make sense - i may need more info). Well I gave him a couple of my cards and he is taking them to his finance department. Well see what happens. Hey I just thought maybe I could negotiate do some signing for window (lol) What do you guys think about this?

Nothing on this particular company but these window/siding firms tend to be regional.

I do a lot of closings for a company out of Colorado that also covers Wyoming. They are essentially small HELOC type loans in that they place a second (or third) lein on the property for a term of 10-20 years.

Just did one for them this month. My first, and it was about 35 pages with a 6 page mortgage. It was a true remod deal with a completion cert. The call and docs came from American Title. (NOT First American Title)
