My husband did a job for a Mick with this company and the phone is now disconnected. Someone else from here tried to email him and it bounced back. Another hit and run.

I added All Pro to Signing Central a few days ago. The address is there. If you PM me, I will give you another phone number for Mick. I did a job for him last week. He swore that he was trying to get his company back on it's feet and I would be paid within 28 days without hassle. Right after I did the job, many people started posting that they have not been paid.

I would say start contacting the TC and Lenders on the loans in question. I will be doing that on day 29.

I am pretty much done with SS. Its to the point where I do not want to work for anyone that I have not worked with before. The funny thing is that since everything has slowed down I have way more calls directly from title companies. I do not hear much from SS anymore. Believe me when I say that I am not complaining either.

I want to reply and ask a question. Where is location address of All Pro Signing? I wonder if some signing agencies keep changing their DBA and doing their rip off service? I have $250 outstanding from ProLink Closings yet they are doing business under another name?? We had a terrific storm on Pacific Coast (Oregon) and did a signing next day after storm. Trees in highways and all had to be cleared. Signing was 70 mile one way and followed the clean up crew. Took 3 hrs one way. Completed signing. Sent docs. No pay. Sent collections and collection agency said out of business. Yet they seem to be in business??? Any word from anyone? This ProLink Closings is out of Michigan. Thanks for your input!

I called a title company and they gave me the following number: 1 866 517 1200

I tried it and wonder of wonders, Mick answered. He gave me the usual catalog of reasons why payment has been slow (one job now over 60 days late). Unknowingly, I took another job for him 30 days ago, so deeper in the hole we go!!!
